Senior Commanders to be reminded and inform your leaders of the Standard Ordering Procedures:-

• Only 2 time period of order for Uniforms & Vests in a year - December & June of every year.
• All orders Must Be Submitted with the Standard Order Form. 
• Merchandising Officer to facilitate the smooth flow, ordering, packing and invoicing purposes.
• All order must be placed through the Outpost Senior Commander/Appointed Logistics Officer only to avoid any disputes or confusion on orders from too many people from the same Outpost.
• Best to order your stocks in excess and keep them so that you won't be in shortage when you need them most.
• All Individual Orders and Orders without the Standard Ordering Form will not be entertained.
