The RR-NYAA Scheme

The RR-NYAA scheme was announced at the 2009 Leaders’ Council on 1 November. Listen to the introduction by Commander Evelyn Leong, Outpost #12. Outpost #12 was the first Outpost to initiate this idea and has shown the benefits with getting Royal Rangers merits and program recognised as an NYAA authorised organisation.
