On 11 June 2013, Commander Andj Li was called home to be with The Lord. While we are saddened by his passing, we remember his life and impact upon the lives of kids and youths in the Royal Rangers ministry.
Commander Andj was the Senior Commander of Outpost #19 – Faith Community Baptist Church (FCBC). He was instrumental in starting the outpost with his wife, Commander Dorcas Li as part of the Growing Families International (GFI) movement. Over the years, his leadership helped to position Royal Rangers as a family orientated ministry. This helped to build stronger families by developing both the child and the parents. He was also instrumental as a member of the training staff for the various National Training Camps.
The life of Commander Andj reflects a strong and passionate desire to serve God with every ounce of energy and urgency. His exemplary attitude in serving God and his fellowmen impacted the lives of those he served with and those he served. Truly, Commander Andj was excellent in his mentoring of youths and leaders. We pray that his determination in striving for excellence will continue to impact and inspire leaders and youths in the Royal Rangers ministry.
We will remember Commander Andj for his passion to impact families in the community and internationally. Towards the end, Commander Andj desired to be dressed in his Royal Rangers uniform so as to look his best for his Master Ranger. We know that God will recognise Commander Andj for doing his best in serving his family, church, outpost and fellowmen for the purpose of the kingdom.
Please continue to keep his family in prayer and support.
