This picture took is the first runner up in the Children Category of the URA+NYAA+YPN Photo Competition (2011) entitled “I Love Singapore”.
Megan Koh, an Adventure Ranger from Outpost #19 took this honour after taking the picture. During her journey to this photo, she has been coached by her commanders like Commander Dean.
